Today, I have made myself very happy and proud. I have relised the key to my potential sucess. The key to success in a team is team bonding. I got a lot of work done over the past 2 days then in the last 2 weeks cause I played bonding games and now everyone loves the game Blow Wind Blow. It is basically a game where a team will learn more about others. And every practise we put some time away to play the game. This bonds everyone and energises everyone too. People will be more productive and happier and when I have a happy cast, I am a happy director.

Trashing

So ever family party I have, me and my wonderful darling cousins will escape the party. And once we are out of eyes and ears way, we will trash. NO WE DO NOT LITTER.

We will talk, gossip and stuff that other girls do.

Sometimes we bring up problems that we have and we just throw it out, suggesting ways of improvement or just throwing out anger and what we just really can’t stand and after all that trashing, we would be okay with each other. I have this with all of my cousins. Trash and normality. It is so simple and it is healthy. It is not the best method for everyone but if it works, use it.

The legal drug

I will admit defeat. I have fallen into the cruel trap most girls my age fall into. It is an illness that only time can heal. It will leave the biggest invisible scar. I have fallen in love.

No wonder I haven’t been doing any good post. I am so mad at myself. I am not heart broken by the way. Well, not yet. I really like the guy and I believe he really likes me to. People might say it is puppy love but I don’t care. Some of my friends tell me I am stupid for having a guy in my life. I honestly couldn’t care less. I’ve let them get to me last week and he and I are going through problems to the extent that I believe it is affecting my health. I really want to talk to him and have things back to the way they were.

I do recall a post on teen dating I did. I said it shouldn’t be adviced. And now I feel like a hypocript.

Don’t you hate it ladies? Guys are always telling their friends that we are putting spells on them when it is the complete opposite? I don’t find it rather fair. This guys has put a spell so powerful on me and I don’t know hoe to get out…and I honestly don’t mind.

I am so distracted. Now I know how real teenagers feel.
